If someone calls you from the new kiosk:
1) The number calling you will be 1(972) 231-1999
2) Wait for the message
3) Press "1" to connect to the call box
4) Press the star button * (lower left-hand corner of your phone keypad) to let them in. Some landlines require pressing 9 instead of *.
